Chris Swenson, Director of Commercial Real Estate for 43 Degrees North has his foundation in the Tampa Bay region. Chris has steadily progressed his experience level over the years to where today he has experience representing transactions that are both national and international in scope involving some of the largest companies and municipalities in the United States and abroad.

These transactions involve retail centers, hotels, apartments, office buildings, industrial parks, and land investments on both an acquisition purchase and development basis. Our partners’ have an in-depth local knowledge of the market with the ability to bring international and regional resources to the deal as needed. Current affiliations include the National Association of Realtors Transactions closed to-date total in excess of $150 Million.

Our clients make sound and informed investment decisions after having all the necessary information. Our approach to value utilizes data reports as well as the standard Cost, Income, and Market Valuation approaches to value. The 43 Degrees North Real Estate staff uses existing computerized market data as well as specialized custom information reports in order to provide clients the most timely and relevant decision making information available.

Where necessary, we have arranged meetings between clients and civic and business leaders to discuss and receive first-hand feedback in order to finalize their investment decisions. Our staff is well trained with professional and educational certifications such as Member of the National Association of Realtors , Building Contractors Licenses, Bachelors degrees in various fields of study, and specific awards for work in real estate development and real estate appraisal methodology.
