I am sitting at the Southfork Landing real estate sales office in Garden Valley, Idaho. It is an amazing spring day that are so common in Garden Valley. Instead of sitting inside the office waiting for Buyers of Real Estate I am sitting outside in the sun and I am loving the sounds, the smells, and the views all around me.

Right next to me there is a creek with the most amazing water sounds..... the sound is so relaxing! 

Southfork Landing is a unique, conservation-oriented community complete with open vistas and dedicated to protection of the land and river that is Garden Valley's signature, the South Fork of the Payette River. Almost four miles of protected river frontage of the South Fork of the Payette River serves as Southfork Landing's northern border. Southfork Landing is working closely with several conservation entities to restore areas of the waterway to its original trout habitat in addition to the creation of natural ponds and streams flowing through the community. Approximately 60% (511 acres) of the total project site is dedicated as Open Space or Wildlife Conservation Areas.
