Jason Lloyd | Realtor / New Home Specialist

Jason Lloyd grew up the small Idaho Community of Fruitland.  Jason started working in the family restaurants at the age of 11 and continued to work in the food in Beverage industry for over 25 years.  With stops at the Disneyland Hotel, Hollywood Movie sets and Fine dining Restaurants in Honolulu and Boise. Jason has the ability to adapt to very diverse crowds and enjoys meeting new people.

Jason continued to care for customers with over 16 years of sales experience  including  2 years working for Dillabaugh Floorcovering specializing in new construction  and project management,  4 years Mortgage lending and the last 9 years in Real Estate agent where he has sold over $20 Million in residential and  commercial. 

Jason understands the importance of building a strong team and strategic relationships understanding the needs of multiple parties and connecting them with solutions.  Jason prides himself on strong networking skills and out of the box ideas.  He has never met a stranger.

Jason enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching basketball, football and stand -up comedy.   Growing up in Idaho Jason enjoys the outdoors boating, rafting, golfing and skiing.  Part of Jason’s success in building a large network has been planning and attending all kinds of events such as concerts, community events and fundraisers.
