Since 2003, C. Lloyd Mahaffey has served as a managing partner with Dynamis Group, LLC; a diversified design, development, and construction company based in Eagle, Idaho. Dynamis has projects underway in the following communities:

From 1998 to 2003, Mr. Mahaffey was a managing partner with Redleaf Venture Group; a private equity firm based in Saratoga, CA. From 1994 to 1998, Mr. Mahaffey served as the senior vice president and chief operating officer of VeriFone. During his tenure, he led the team that negotiated the $1.3 billion acquisition of VeriFone by Hewlett Packard. 

Mr. Mahaffey honed his sales and marketing acumen during the formative years of Apple Computer (1983 to 1989), where he was responsible for the development of Apple’s highly regarded Education and Federal Government business segments worldwide. During his tenure, he grew the company’s education business unit from $300 million to $1.3 billion.

An avid commercial instrument rated pilot, amateur radio operator, sailor, hunter and fly fisherman, Mr. Mahaffey is a member of the prestigious St. Francis Yacht Club in San Francisco, CA. His charitable interests and activities include fund-raising and support for Habitat for Humanity and The Citadel Foundation.

A native of North Carolina, Mr. Mahaffey graduated with Honors from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina.  He, his wife, Judy, and their two children, Ian and Caitlyn, maintain residences in Eagle and Donnelly, ID.
