Danielle was born in Idaho and grew up locally in the beautiful city of Eagle. Her long term community ties afford her the luxury of knowing the treasure valley extremely well.
Danielle is one of the few selected by 43 Degrees North Real Estate to represent the leaders in new construction. She exclusively represents Eric Evans Construction, one of the valleys premier Custom home builders. Danielle specializes in new construction specifically custom homes. She has represented both builder and customer in multiple award winning show homes.
Because of her commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism she was selected as a nominee for the Ada County Association of Realtors Board of Directors. She has an extensive background in home sales from starting her career in title and escrow, which gives her a complete understanding of the real estate process. With her experience she has a unique perspective on how to better serve the community as a Realtor and provide her clients with the best service possible.
