EM vs RE

Here’s the deal; it’s a jungling act!

For every 3 emails for Eagle Magazine there is 10 for Real Estate. For every 1 contract of Eagle Magazine there is 100 for Real Estate. For every Eagle Magazine client there is a Facebook post twice a week; for every client with RE there’s lunch dates and furniture shopping. Both RE and EM are managed with unlimited texting (not while driving), and both take a major amount of creativity. But…I keep going, and going, and going… Love what I do… and very grateful!

Years in Real Estate

This is the first day at 43 North. I am eager to start my partnership with 43 North after taking a year off. I have had my license since 2001, so almost 10 years. You might find it interesting that I took my exam on Sept. 11th, 2001, about 2 hours after the attack on our country. The teacher gave the most amazing speach on terrorists wanted to interupt our daily life and therefore we should continue with our regular scheduled exam. It was challenging, but hadn’t really set in yet. God bless America, I loved that teacher after that!
