Tom Mitcham | Realtor / Short Sale Specialist

After having travelled the world as the son of an Air Force Colonel, Tom landed here in Boise, Idaho, just out of high school, and has lived and loved it here ever since.  He found our fair City of Boise to be not too big, not too small, but just right!  

Growing up with a keen interest in all things technical, Tom developed an interest in architecture and real estate, so much so that he obtained his Real Estate License in 2003.  He understands that ultimately Real Estate is a people business, and sometimes there’s a gap between client relationships and transactional details; bridging this gap is one of Tom’s strong suits.

Tom has a diverse knowledge of different aspects Real Estate Sales and Mortgage Financing, which uniquely informs his expertise in working with Short Sale transactions.  He understands the process intimately, from client education to lender negotiation to listing and marketing, and he knows what it takes to get these challenging transactions to the closing table.  Also, it’s these same skills that make Tom especially adept at working with “standard” Real Estate Buyer and Sellers in today’s ever-changing Real Estate market.
