Troy Schrenk spent his formative years in Portland, Oregon. He began his professional career in children’s mental health and juvenile criminal justice for various Counties and States in the northwest region of the U.S. After 6 years in this industry, in various capacities, Troy leveraged his skill sets from the social service discipline to the Real Estate Sales and Marketing field in 2001.
For the past 8+ years, Troy has worked with many of the top national and regional homebuilding organizations on the West Coast, including Portland, San Francisco, and Reno markets respectively. During this time, Troy successfully managed Sales and Marketing teams that achieved Division bests in sales, closings, loan capture and customer satisfaction. As a Director of Sales and Marketing, Troy managed teams in excess of 35 associates, while maintaining Broker responsibilities for homebuilding operations. Troy transitioned from the home building industry to private general real estate Broker in 2007. Troy specializes in Real Estate brokerage; land, residential, and commercial; investment; resource management and consulting. As a result of the housing crisis, Troy has become a specialist in the area of real estate solutions and client workouts, including but not limited to short sale strategies, loan workouts, and negotiations.
With proven experience and success in ‘private’ and ‘publicly held’ operations, his background and knowledge in sales, homebuilding, real estate, and sales & marketing management is both, broad and diverse. This experience offers each of his clients an industry leader that is committed to achieving their individual, financial, and real estate goals.
As a leader and consultant, Troy understands first-hand the importance of a strong team culture. As a former collegiate baseball student-athlete who excelled as a player while attending Portland State University, Lewis-Clark State College and George Fox University, his team mentality has spilled over into his professional career where Troy has demonstrated great enthusiasm for developing people and providing ongoing coaching and development as part of his leadership style. His passion for people is evident in his engaging training and team development approach. Troy is committed to the following personal professional mission for each of his clients:

With a grasp on several major western markets, Troy can service his client’s real estate needs in three western states as he holds a Real Estate Broker/Salesman License in the State of Nevada, Real Estate Salesperson License in the State of California and Real Estate Salesperson License in Idaho.
Troy received his Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology/Psychology in 1997, from George Fox University in Newberg, Oregon. Additionally, Troy begins his graduate studies towards his MBA, this fall at Boise State University. He and his wife, Tiffany, make their home in Boise, Idaho where they enjoy trail running, marathon running, and travel.
