My name is Tyler Bosier, I’m the builder and owner of B&B Custom Homes. Born and raised in the Treasure Valley, I started construction at an early age in the family business framing houses. Having worked all over the Pacific Northwest, I was lucky to end up in the Boise area permanently.

In 2014, I earned my real estate license with the ultimate goal of building & selling homes across the Treasure Valley. We achieved that goal and are now building custom homes in multiple communities, on rural home-sites & more.

My wife, Alison, earned her real estate license in 2017 and recently graduated with a degree in media arts. She supports our company by designing the exterior elevations & interiors of our homes. She also markets our company through digital forums & traditional print marketing.

We are parents to two amazing kiddos who we adore immensely. They are troopers when they are checking job-sites and attending design meetings with mom & dad. As a family, we enjoy the outdoors, wake-surfing & tubing, seeing new places, attending concerts, loading up on a bunch of goodies from local farmers markets & enjoying everything our beautiful home of Idaho offers us. We are so blessed to work and raise a family in this amazing state.

Tyler Olson, owner of Integrity Homes & Design, is a 4th generation tradesman that has been heavily a part of residential and commercial construction in the Treasure Valley and the surrounding states. Tyler gained his first experience in residential home building over 20 years ago. During that time he completed an extensive 4 year HVAC apprenticeship training program to become a licensed Journeyman in the State of Idaho and he currently holds that license. He attended college at Boise State University.

As a student at BSU, he was a part of the Construction Management Program where he learned invaluable on-the-job skills that he has continued to effectively use as a Project Manager.

My name is Tyler Gingrich and I operate under the name Gingrich Homes. I was born and raised in Nampa, Idaho, and I’m a third-generation builder in the area. My grandpa built houses and commercial buildings in Nampa. My father and my uncle both built houses in Nampa and my uncle also developed subdivisions. My other uncle sold real estate. It’s safe to say that the Gingrich name is well-known in the local industry which is why I chose the name to build under. Growing up, I would work for my father on his houses. He self-performed much of his trades and that is where I learned how to build houses. My uncle would also hire me to work on his houses so I never had a shortage of work. My jobs were framing, siding, painting, roofing, tile setting, trim carpentry, stone masonry, trash removal, cleaning and landscaping. I had gotten married and started a family just prior to the ’08 crash. When worked stopped in the industry, I went to work for a large construction company called Knife River. I started there pushing a broom and running parts for the heavy equipment mechanics. After 8 months, I started working on equipment and spent 7 years at Knife River as a mechanic. During those years, I built and sold a few of our personal houses but stayed at Knife River due to how busy we were with building our family and I enjoyed the mechanic world. I also worked as a field service engineer for x-ray equipment after Knife River. My wife and I now have four daughters aging from 15 down to 7 years old. I started building houses full time in 2018 and we’ve built just over 50 homes. We build semi-custom homes and we typically build in the $550-$800k market. I have done most of my work with the same realtor team throughout the years. We use most of the same subcontractors on every single job and most of them have been with me from the beginning. I enjoy the process of building homes and working along clients that are excited for the process. We are grateful for every opportunity.
