Georgie started her career in real estate in 2004 in the mountain resort town of McCall, Idaho. Luxury homes, ski-in ski-out chalets, lakeside retreats and stunning golf course homes were her forte. She served as the Director of Operations for MLC Sotheby's International Realty and was instrumental in opening two Sotheby's franchises in McCall and Eagle, Idaho. She has been living and working in the Boise area for the past 8 years, and joined Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate 43° North where she is consistently a top producing agent. She works alongside her husband and fellow Realtor® Joe Espy, so you’ll always have the added benefit of two for the price of one!
As an accredited Certified New Home Specialist and Luxury Certified Home Specialist, Georgie has extensive knowledge in the custom new home building process. She served on the Professional Standards/Ethics Committee and prides herself on staying on top of the industry’s latest developments.
In her free time, Georgie loves to spend time with her family and friends, in the mountains near McCall with her granddaughters, up North on the family farm, or on the couch cozied up with a good cookbook and her Boston Terrier, Penny.
