South Boise is comprised of a few different areas: Southeast Boise, Southwest Boise, and we've also included the Boise Bench. Below are highlights of each:
Southeast Boise: One of Boise's fastest growing areas, Southeast Boise has great access to many hot spots in Boise. Barber Park, Lucky Peak Reservoir, Shopping and Dining at Bown Crossing, Ridge to Rivers trail system, Boise Greenbelt, Shakespeare Festival, Boise State University, Boise Airport and just a short drive or bike ride to Downtown Boise just to name a few!
Southwest Boise: You might find you get more for your money when purchasing a home in Southwest Boise! It is also a great area if you need easy access to the Boise Airport, Gowen Field, or Mountain Home Air Force Base. You'll find some larger in town acreage properties, lots of new construction homes, all about a 20 minute drive to Downtown Boise.
Boise Bench: This Boise hot spot is close to Boise State University, Downtown Boise and the Boise Airport. With an eclectic mix of homes, and newly revitalized neighborhoods, you will find great variety of lifestyle opportunities here! The Boise Train Depot is the picturesque landmark of the Boise Bench, representing the rich history of the bench. A few fun bench hangouts are the Morris Hill dog park, Boise International Market, Stage Coach Theater, Flower Shops, and many mom and pop restaurants.
