2660 N. Penny Lake Ave: “The San Batista” located in Star, Idaho was the ideal home for families! This well thought out home designed by Asbury Homes is an entertainer’s dream with a large bonus room, spacious living spaces, and full guest suite on the main level. Did we mention there is an RV bay to fit all of your toys?

8349 W. Shams Ln: “The Heron” located in Eagle, Idaho provided waterfront views from almost every window! This home built by Berkeley Building Co. was definitely one worth checking out inside the sought after Riverstone community in Eagle, Idaho.
The 2022 St. Jude Dream Home
11405 W. Heliopsis Dr: “The 2022 St. Jude Dream Home” located in Star, Idaho definitely did not disappoint! This home built by Berkeley Building Co. was stunning and definitely lived up to the expectation that they Treasure Valley has set for the annual St. Jude Dream Home. Featuring 2,080 square feet with an open layout plan, featuring 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, flex room, den and more – the winner of the home sure was lucky!
